Cancellation Policy
Where a paid membership includes a free trial period, cancellations made before the trial period ends will not incur a charge. Cancellations made after the free trial period will incur the full charge, and membership will run to the end of the paid-for period.
For memberships without a free trial, a pro-rata refund for the remaining membership period may be claimed within 7 days of the membership start date, provided you have activated your account in PubHub and logged in at least once.
